The 01 portal is a safe and secure online service for Landlords that holds all the historical information you should need about your properties and how they are being managed.
Once you have your username and password you will have instant access to:
- Your Current Balance with us
- Copies of your previous Statements
- Messages between you and us
With Landlords Online you can check your financial status anytime, anywhere via the internet.

Getting Started:
- Call us on 01273 915101 to choose a unique username, once you have this.
- Email us on password@01propertyletting.co.uk and we will email you back with a password
What does it mean?
Current balances: Selecting this tab enables you to view your current balance. It is the equivalent of your statement if you were paid at the date the agent updated information.
Previous Statements: The previous statements are the same as those we print out and send to you on a monthly basis. These are viewed on Adobe Acrobat Reader
